We spent 10 days in the heritage cottage in the grounds of the ranch. The location was fantastic and the cabin well appointed and the perfect base for our family of four. Neil and Sandie were superb hosts, allowing us the freedom and independence that comes with the cottage, but with all the benefits of access to their fantastic ranch and all the delights it held, the boys especially enjoyed the use of the wifi, and we all enjoyed the social aspect of mixing with the other guests. Wells Gray park has so much to offer that we had fun and adventures to enjoy every day. We even had our own personal bear viewing on the road up to the ranch. If Canada were a little closer to England for sure we'd be visiting the Robinsons every year!!

Large rooms with beautiful views in a huge solid rustic timber home. Warm and friendly service from Sandie especially. Lovely meals served to us while sitting around the table with other guests. Great variety of specialty teas and biscuits for morning and afternoon tea available always in the huge beautiful comfortable lounge again with views
Her son and wife looked after us on the last evening and day and they were very pleasant but we missed Sandie's warmth to be honest.
Great access to Wells Grey National Park, waterfalls etc. Excellent value for money.
Thank you Sandie for going that extra mile with dinner the first night we were there, you are truly a lovely person and an amazing host
Must stay at least 2 nights.

Room Tip: All rooms are good. but there is a lovely private lounge for the upstairs 2 rooms

I can only endorse everything that has been said by other reviewers, Neil and Sandie are great hosts who are keen for you to make the most of your stay in the Clearwater area. Loads of advice on what to see and how long to take. Meals in the evening around the table with other guests add to the stay and should not be missed.
They are shortly to move to a new location in Clearwater which I expect will be as popular as this one!

We chose the Clearwater Springs Ranch from reading Trip Advisor and it lived up to the reviews. We had the Rustic Room which was huge and very clean, with a beautifully appointed bathroom. We were made to feel very welcome by Sandie and her family, with her son and his wife looking after us for our one night's stay. This is a luxurious, lodge style home with fabulous views across the valley. We stayed for dinner which was a family style meal with the other guests - we had a great time. What a wonderful place! Would love to come back.

Neil and Sandie are real pro's and cannot do more to do to make this better. The rooms are vast, the bed very comfortable, dinner was good and fun, breakfasts are special. And then there is the meadows, the mountains, the waterfalls, the rivers, the forests...
Thank you!

We stayed in the wooden cottage which is on the grounds of and run by the owners of the Ranch. It was perfect for my husband and I and the two children as we had some space and privacy (plus cooking facilities) but were made very welcome at the ranch, had dinner there one evening and were able to pop up there for advice and to access the wifi! Everything people say about Neil and Sandie is true. They are perfect hosts and genuine friendly people who couldn't do more to make you feel welcome or help. It's in a really pretty, quiet spot and we loved our time there.

Neil and Sandie are as nice people as your ever likely to meet.

The property is stunning - with large bedrooms, super communal areas and the nicest bathroom i have ever seen!!

I would highly recommend eating in the lodge - incredibly good food for $30 CAD for two courses. You are also able to bring your own wine or beer which is a nice touch.

Incredibly attentive to each guests needs and even although we only stayed for 3 nights - we felt we had been staying with friends.

The best property we stayed in during our tour of Canada by a country mile.

Thanks for the picnic breakfast Sandie (we were leaving before breakfast - the hosts left out a picnic for us).
