This is an older hotel with nicks in the sinks and carpet that is a little worn. HOWEVER, it has some pretty big advantages. The staff are great. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The fitness room has very little in it right now but I saw tempting boxes which have yet to be unpacked which have new equipment. The television in the fitness room has not yet been set up but it looks like they were in the process of doing so. There is a dry sauna, washrooms and a good ambience in the fitness room. The buffet in the morning was great! There was bacon, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, french toast, cereal and fresh fruit. And there was almost nobody in the hotel! I think because there are a number of newer and "fancier" hotels, people tend to go elsewhere. I had the quietest sleep I have ever had in a hotel. If you go, I think you will have a relaxing, pleasant stay that will surprise you!
