“After so many years, finally got to taste the foie gras”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

It was up to the challenge and now in my top 2. It is worth the price... superbe! As for the tuna, it wasn't as expected but the yellow beets salads and vegetables did the trick. This will not be my only visit, I found a contender for the foie gras

“A find!”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

We were a family group (adults), and we all loved this restaurant. The food was much better than the average exterior might lead you to believe. The lamb dish was especially delicious.

In addition to the good food, the atmosphere was excellent. The place was crowded on the night we were there. Though 4 unexpected family members showed up in our party, the good-natured and helpful server was able to track down extra chairs and help us pack tables together to seat everyone.

The restaurant's location in the charming Old Village of Bromont is also excellent.

Altogether, a first-rate experience.

“Good tasting”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

I ordered my filet mignon medium but it was between rare and blue. Salmon tar tar could have been chopped finer but was tasty and there was lots. Lovedthe micro beers offered. No room for dessert

“Vieux Village Gem!”
Reviewed December 30, 2012

This converted house in the old village of Bromont was a welcome reprieve after the chain restaurant fare on the highway access route. The table d'hôte was a good deal with starter, main course and dessert for under $25. A good selection of micro brewery beer. Food was freshly and prepared, well presented, delicious and served promptly even though it was a busy Saturday evening. The specialty salad with nut crusted cheese and roasted vegetables was delicious and a satisfying entre for the vegetarian in our party. We highly recommend this charming local restaurant to those looking for a great meal in the eastern townships.

“Amazing food in quaint resort town of Bromont!”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

Excellent ecclectic food and friendly service in great little resort town of Bromont! You also have to try one of the Dieu du Ciel microbrewery beers to accompany your great meal.
