“Great hot springs resort”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding.

Staff were great - recognizing our jet lag on arrival, they scooted through the check-in to allow us to hit the hay ASAP. Our room was a pool view at the end of the corridor - spacious with two queen beds and all the usual amenities.

Breakfast was not included in our rate and set us back $25 each - good buffet selection. On the first morning we were treated to a visit by a brown bear and her two cubs, right in the hotel grounds just outside the dining room (hint: take your camera to breakfast ... Just in case).

We didn't get to experience all the amenities this resort offers, but the hot pools are great, and such a stunning spot with the mountains surrounding you. There are towels and cosy, fluffy robes in your room for this.

We stayed here for the past 3 nights. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean in our room. We opted to stay on the side away from the pools and it was quiet as we had hoped. We ate at the Mountain Flowers 4 times during our stay and enjoyed the meals.

We stayed here between September 20-23, 2012. They have room with breakfast packages starting at $69/night. We booked a suite for quite a bit more, but we were celebrating our 21st anniversary. Each room comes with a soft robe so you can trip out to the guest mineral pool anytime. There is a public hot spring pool nearby which is included with the room, but we preferred the quiet hot spring to relax.
The beds were so comfortable it was difficult getting to breakfast in the morning! Breakfast was terrific, with buffets on the weekend. We actually had Prime Rib and Eggs Benedict Sunday morning! Delicious food, decent prices, terrific service. If you can't finish the wine at dinner, they will bring it to your room for you!
We booked at the Spa - Hubby a massage, and I a Detox body wrap and mini facial. Hubby said it was the best he had ever had. They offer three styles of massage. Definitely recommend you visit the Spa.
The ambience was quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxed. We only left the resort once as it has everything we needed - except off sales and munchie stuff.
I would recommend this place to couples looking for romance and relaxation! We have decided to make this an annual anniversary trip from now on.

We thought this was a great place to go to just relax and meet people in the warm pools. For the most part I think the staff was really helpful and making sure the trip was wonderful and hoping you come back. I think the pools were very clean and was well maintained. We sated in the Jupitor lodge and the room was great with a nice little kitchen. The beds were incrediable and soooooo comfortable. Great time just soaking !!

Room Tip: Jupitor Lodge was very close to pools and had the kitchen.

We were in town for a memorial, We stay only for one night in a beautiful suite with kitchenette.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. We couldn't sit outside without any mosquitoes repellent. We had dinner in the dinning room the food was fine I am on a special diet and a vegetarian which they had nothing but salad or pasta for me to choose from, but they were very good to accommodate my low sodium requirement.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious with all the modern conveniences, even free wireless internet. We thoroughly loved the history of the region and seeing the historic Indian bath houses carved into the rock just up the hill from the hotel lobby as well as all the pictures throughout the resort. We enjoyed the pools, exercise equipment and even went horseback riding. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our every need. Plenty of parking. This is a gem of a resort for families or for couples wanting to relax in the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay. However, did think the Riverside villa rooms were very dated with all those mirrors and dated faucets fixtures. TV's old. The bed and pillows hard as a rock. During "adult only" swim some rowdy youths were in the pool. I complained and it was taken care of immediately. The outside hot tube and one inside hot tube were not working. The tile around the outside hot tube was chipped,
