We bought a voucher for all you can eat ribs for 2 people. When trying to make the booking via email, it was as if I was asking for a favour. The replies were short, rude and unengaging. We finally confirmed a time & date, only to turn up and discover the booking hadn't been recorded. Again, the response was as if I owed them the courtesy of finding us a table. The service didn't improve at all throughout the meal - the waitress had no idea what was going on and arguments between the maitre d (I use the term very loosely) and the chef were visible to all diners. The food was bad, the ribs had a foul sauce on them that I think was supposed to make the flavor smokey - EPIC FAIL. The dips with the garlic bread were basic and amateurish. We couldn't wait to leave and when we did the issues around phantom bookings seemed only to be getting worse. In summary, do yourself a favour and don't waste your time, money or energy on this place - seriously.
