“Super for larger groups, great amenities”
Reviewed June 15, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Held a boys weekend at this place. Nice private bay with lots of fish. Easy to get to off Hwy 11.

Cottage is huge with 4 bathrooms so no one ever had to wait. 3 living areas and a full beach volleyball court along the shore.

Priced reasonably and in good shape. Feels like a true cottage and not some suburban house.

Neighbours are kinda close so keep the noise down.

Worth a trip here at some point in your life.

“Perfect Pet-Friendly Muskoka Getaway”
Reviewed May 31, 2017 for a stay in May 2017

If you are looking for a beautiful, secluded cottage in the Muskokas this is it!
The Cottage is Pet Friendly (Security Deposit Required) which was a bonus for our group, as someone needed to bring their pets for the weekend.

The view of the lake is amazing - great for pictures! Lots of Wildlife, and great fishing right off the dock.

Great Cottage Flair, Hot Tub always warm, everything is pretty much included - all you need to bring is food, water, clothes and yourself! (See the checklist of what to bring!)

Would love to come back with my family! Thank you to Laura, Lorna, Candy & Reg for doing all you could to make the weekend amazing! <3

Trenanthia Cottage was very easy to get to. The cottage had everything you could possibly ask for. We had 14 friends and had plenty of room for everyone. Laura had birthday decorations up and even provided us a birthday cake and gift. It was such a lovely surprise. Laura was very pleasant to communicate with. We cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful weekend. We will definitely visit again and recommend this beautiful home to all our friends and family.

Thank you!

“Great amenities, lovely southwest facing location with a sandy beach”

A great cottage perfect for large families or multiple families. Great amenities, including hot tub, sauna, games room, loads of board games. The cottage is located on a beautiful sandy beach facing southwest providing beautiful sunsets for the romantics and photographers. We stayed during the final winter snow and enjoyed walking on the lake and having bonfires on the snow with the first smores our Aussie guests have ever had. Bedrooms are ample size with loads of other sleep options for more guests - 2 sleeper sofas, a fold out bed, a blow up bed and comfy couches.
I loved the well organized and clean kitchen. It is huge with loads of room for everyone to pitch in and help cook. The extra long picnic table in the dining room was a hit with our guests and we often found ourselves gathering there for conversation and drinks.
Overall a super place for large groups. The cottage is pet friendly, though we chose to board our dog.
You won't be disappointed if you choose Trenanthia for your next vacay.

The cottage is spacious and lovely. We appreciate the labelled kitchen drawers! Finished a jigsaw puzzle, enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and skeet ball. If only someone played piano
