Description: One restaurant, two experiences; the Bistro-Bar of La Forge offers a seasonal menu, with something for every taste, for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and the bar is right in the middle of the big room… from which you can admire the mountain and ski slopes on one side and on the other, Place St-Bernard in the centre of Tremblant’s pedestrian village. On the second floor, The Grill of La Forge offers truly excellent cuisine. Specializing in meats grilled over maple-wood coals, it provides the charm of yesteryear both on your plate and in the luxurious décor of wood, leather and wrought iron that makes the atmosphere so warm and lush. An amazing wine cellar, awarded the the Prix Excellence from Wine Spectator (2 glasses) awaits you.

Amazing restaurant, service a little slow but worth waiting for. The best part is you can watch the slopes while eating.

The restaurant down satirs is great for snack or a full meal.
The steak house is good, but not great. Service was a little slow.
The Poudin was truly excellent!

We decided to go based on a friends recommendation. He said that they had the best steak he had ever had...and we were not disappointed! We had to wait about 15-20 before being seated for our 830pm reservation but had a drink at the bar which had a great view of the kitchen! The menu had a wide variety for both meat lovers and non-meat lovers. THe wine list was extensive had a wide variety. We shared a cesar salad and then had the Parisian steak specialty and a salmon dish accompanied by mushroom and garlic mashed potatoes. It was delicious and by far the best meal of the trip. On the expensive side but worth it. The service was fantastic as was the ambiance!

We just wanted to go to a good restaurant and we ended up spending a perfect evening. This place has 2 stories: the pub & the grill which is the fancy restaurant. The ambiance, the service and the food were amazing. I grew up in my family gourmet restaurant in the south of France so I can be really picky.
