If you are looking for a hotel with good customer service and a quiet room then do NOT stay here. While the hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms we have never been treated so poorly and rudely at a Hilton brand hotel and as Diamond members.
When we arrived our room had no towels and it seemed difficult to get any. We also discovered that our room overlooked the town square, which was great until we discovered that there are nightly concerts. Bridgette (front desk manager) was less than accommodating when we called her and it was only when the hotel manager got involved did we get moved to a quieter location.
On the 3rd day of our stay one of our card keys stopped working and Louise at the front desk was extremely rude about making us a new card key. She was even being rude to the customer in front of us.
When we went to pay our bill their computer showed that we owed more than our printed confirmation/reservation and Bridgette wanted us to pay the higher amount, which we did not.
We would never stay here again.More
