The hotel is situated at the top of the pedestrian village of Mont Tremblant and provides spectacular views of the mountain and the village making it extremely appealing. Our room had a very basic kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher), a table for four, sofa, comfy Murphy bed and fireplace. The fireplace burns store bought fireplace logs (not wood) so if a cozy fire is in your plans, BYO logs. The room décor was surprisingly plain and the sofa was old (a few small tears). I felt that that the bathroom was also in need of updating, or a do-over at the very least. If you can get a good deal (we were there in off-season) this place is definitely a good value. I don’t know what peak season prices would be, but I would expect a bit more in the furnishings and bathroom areas if I was paying top dollars.

It was a cool fall day when we arrived so we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub later in the evening. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a nice selection of scrambled eggs, bacon & potato cakes, a variety of toasts, pastries & muffins. Freshly cut fruit & yogurt and cereal if none of this appeals to you. Bonus: From 4-6PM there are snacks in the breakfast area - a nice homemade chili & French bread the day we were there.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 213. Gorgeous view of the village, but not on main pedestrian walkway so the room...

Ok, I'd like to point out objectively "pros and cons".
I'll start with positive points.
First. The hotel is very centrally located, close to the ski hills, restaurants, town center, etc. Second. The room had 3 queen beds and a kitchen, which means, that the company of 6 people could stay there and cook some food if they wish to save on restaurants.
What we didn't like.
At this point I should address the question that bugged me all this time: How Hilton could give his name to this place? Because its far from a good level hotel. Why.
We've paid 350$ per 1 night (2 people). We had to get to our room or to the spa through the street, there were no blanket cover (just those top synthetic bed covers), no room service for food and quite depressing interior of the room.
Probably its a good place for a company, who spends all day at the ski hills and doesn't care much about high quality of a place where they spend evening and night (they shouldn't care the price also then?). But for us staying there was one of NOT the most memorable parts of the trip.

My fiancé and I recently spent 4 days at the Homewood Suites and were extremely pleased with the hotel! We arrived early for check in (1:30 PM when check in is at 4 PM) and because the room we had booked with Expedia was not ready, they offered to upgrade us for free! We ended up with a suite with a loft which was beautiful and well maintained. The room faced the main road (de la Chapelle) so we really didn't have any problems with noise. The panoramic gondola tickets that were included in the price for the hotel was definitely a bonus, especially because they were for an unlimited amount of rides! The cleaning staff was very friendly: we never had the room cleaned (we tend to prefer to leave our things out), but if the staff saw us leaving the room they asked if there was anything we needed, without fail. The hotel is perfectly located, right at the top of the Village, and the breakfast was decent; nothing spectacular but considering the fact that it was free it was great just to have it.
The only down side to the room would be the lack of pans to cook with (only one pan and it was enormous and burned the food very quickly), and dish soap and a sponge/scrub brush to wash the tough stuff out of the pans. Additionally, there was only one sharp knife in the drawer, which made cutting things very difficult.
Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be going back!

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the main road: you avoid the noise that comes from the Village side.

When I scheduled my travel to Mont-Tremblant I wasn't really convinced that this hotel would achieve what I want from a hotel.
However, although it isn't a 5 star hotel, it sure has a great cost-benefit and a 6 star stuff team.
Furthermore, for almost the half of the cost of the another hotel I was considering and having a full kitchen in the room, it sure worth it.
I'd recommend it for sure, even though it is almost in need of an upgrade and the breakfast (included in the price) is not the best I've ever had.

Perfect location right in the pedestrian village, close to everything , nice service and at this time of the year good value for the money..
In the fall , lots of things inclusive, but also very comfortable

Room Tip: This is not a exclusise spa destination but it is perfect for a nice little vacation

We stayed at the Homewood Suites in September 2012. We were spending time in a number of cites in East Canada and we chose to come to Mont Tremblant to enjoy some of the countryside scenery and escape from city life for a couple of days.

When we first arrived at the hotel we were given room 313. When we walked into the room we noticed that it was very nosey as the ventilation units in the hallway were extremely noisy (vibrating and humming) You could hear the ventiliation very clearly in our room. My husband visited the reception desk and asked if we could have a different room due to the noise. The receptionist was very helpful and advised us to return in an hour or so and she would try to find us a new room. When we returned we were given room 333 which we checked and were much happier with as you could not hear the ventiliation units. My only issue is that, as the hotel was only half full, why would they book us into a room outside a very noisy ventilation unit in the first place. It seemed a little lacking on the kind of service I would expect from a Hilton.

We made use of the hotel 'spa' and the hot tub was really lovely. We were the only ones in it so we really enjoyed a 15 min dip. The only slightly bizarre thing about the spa was that there were no lockers. Therefore once you were changed into your bikini you could only leave your clothes outside on one of the benches whilst you were in the pool or hot tub....

The breakfast at the hotel was quite nice with a varied selection. The hash browns were a little on the dry side unfortunately but the cereal selection etc was good.

The village itself was nice. It was very quiet when we were there but this is understandable as we visited in September which presumably falls between the busy summer period and the busy ski period. The luge was so much fun and I have not laughed so much in a long time! We also took the gondala to the mountain top and then walked to the next peak and down the mountain. The hotel provided us with a pass for unlimited use of the gondala which was an unexpected treat. The walk was a little longer than we planned (5 hrs with a picnic stop) but was really enjoyable.

All in all, a lovely place to escape to the country but the hotel fell slightly short of my expectations

We stayed at the Hilton Homewood Suites for 4 nights at the end of August in a one bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. This is a great hotel in the perfect location at the top of the village. Highly recommended for price, friendly staff, size of suites and cleanliness.
