“SPECTACULAIRE!!!!!!!!!”

I am so glad I chose the Marriott! Upon arrival the check in was quick and the gentleman was kind and everything was ready for us, except the room...so he offered to keep our luggage in safekeeping for about an hour. Antony is so kind. He locked up our suitcases and helped us later on. The rooms are really nice and clean. The washroom a little on the small side, but the balcony overlooking the pool was nice to have. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. We did cook twice because the resort is so expensive. We had three teens and of course it can be pricey. The pool is clean and nice, although small. A lifeguard is on duty until 8p.m. daily. The breakfast buffet and snack from 4-5 p.m. were excellent. The managers are in there helping out. The servers and waitresses work very hard to keep the food replenished. It is a zoo after 9 a.m. yes, but I would go down around 9;30 and walk right in. There is always food until 10. The snack is different everyday and sure is nice and fresh. Once again - a real line up....but a nice touch from the hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location in the center of the resort-close to everything. I loved it here. My kids also loved Mt. Tremblant. The gondola is in front of the hotel and so convenient to access the town above. All in all, the service, hospitality, rooms, pool, food, location and amenities of this hotel are superb. Why pay for the Fairmont? This hotel has parking for 10 bucks a day and in and out priviledges. We never used our car once. It is a pedestrian village- no need to use cars. Do visit the casino. It is a year old and free shuttle from the front door- to front door of casino. Lost my shirt there , but had fun. The road is windy coming up , so take gravol. Once you arrive- enjoy! They all speak french, so brush up on it. You will have a great vacation. We sure did. 5 days was just perfect...oh, and bring lots of mula...it is very expensive !

The rooms were a little small, when they say sleeps 8 people...they mean 4 comfortably and maybe 6! The breakfast that was included in the morning was a zoo after 9:00 am, no where to sit and food was almost gone, they would refil but not fast enough! Rooms are beautiful, swimming pool very...very small for such a large hotel.Location is beautiful but not a whole lot for teens 13-17. We were there for a week and that was too long! All in all it is a beautiful location and we enjoyed the Jazz Festival.

This is a nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, a bit small for my liking,
There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel called Casy's I think not sure what its called. good food.
The rooms are very nice and well kept and clean. we had a suit with a fireplace and kitchen.

There is one major con the pool. there is only one pool no spa or jacuzzi the pool is only open in the summer and it is under the gondola ling and some people spit or throw things down. But other than that great place,

They also have a free breakfast in the morning, with everything, it is free and delicious, but it gets many people, so go as early as possible. they have waffles pancakes baked beans, eggs bacon, cereal, muffins fresh fruit etc... its all self serve and you even get to make your own waffles witch is cool.
I would stay here again but also the Fairmont up the hill is nicer. still this is a great hotel. would defiantly stay here again.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were lovely, beds very comfortable and included a fridge, toileteries which consisted of shampoo and conditioner (we asked for hand lotion and received it). The full breakfast included with the rate was delicious and copious. The service at the hotel was outstanding, from the front desk, the breakfast room and the cleaning staff. It made for a very enjoyable stay. Parking in the hotel is only $10. The pool is on the small side, with lots of kids. I highly recommend the beach that's a ten minute walk from the hotel. It does cost $15 per adult to get in which is expensive, but that includes a beach chair and parasol, a beach club offering snacks and meals, showers and parking. The view is fabulous, the water pristine - it's the nicest beach I've seen in Quebec. We also went hiking which was challenging and fun and of course we went to the casino. The bus picks you up and drops you off at the front door of the hotel. All in all, it was a great weekend.

I'm so glad I took the time to look at the hotel reviews and was able to make my decision based on the hotel that had the most positive comments. I had originally booked a reservation at another hotel and had to change it because there were a few negative remarks about that particular hotel. Best decision I made for this trip! Hotel was great, beds were comfy, rooms were clean, friendly staff, and great location.

Residence Inn was perfect for our family of five. The room we had provided enough space for my teenager and tots to play. The kitchen was a plus too! Although we only used it for dinner time because breakfast was complimentary and lunch time we grabbed at the village. Food at the village is pricey, of course it's tourists' priced.

I would recommend this hotel especially for those travelling with children.

On arrival we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly employee who checked us in and gave us lots of info on the resort. Pointed us in the direction of the room. Reception area was very nice. Big fire in the centre and the breakfast area on the other side.

We went up to the room and it was great. Couldn’t fault it, plenty of room and smelt clean. We had a corner apartment and the views were good and the layout of the room was very good. There were more than enough kitchen utilities to cook every night and the dishwasher was very handy. We saved so much money by cooking ourselves.

In a good location to the gondola to the ski lifts and had the option to ski back to the hotel. The basement ski storage was handy.

Breakfast was good, lots of healthy options. The free snacks in the afternoon was a real let down. When I think of snacks I don’t think of a pot of soup. Maybe snacks are soup in Canada but not what we were thinking of.

Overall this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Lost out to 5 stars due to a fire alarm going off at 3am and total lack of info from staff meant we stood outside for ages when we didn’t have to. The beds were quite uncomfortable by the end of the week had quite a lot of restless nights.
