Returned this week from 4 nights in Mont Tremblant, staying
at the Marriott LaBelle
The hotel is in the middle of the Mont Tremblant village at the base
of the mountain, with a gondola passing over the hotel,so the kids
could wave to us.
We had a suite with separate living room and kitchen area
It is extremely expensive to eat in this area so bring some
spaghetti with you...the kitchen came fully equipped with pots/pans/and utensils.
Our room overlooked the pool with a balcony.
The pool closed at 8 pm so all was quiet
The room was clean and this hotel has laundry facilites on the seond floor.
How nice it was to return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes to just have to put away.
There are many activities to participate in so I suggest buying an activity pass..it is cheaper buying it at the hotel than at the ticket booth.
Breakfast included in room price...wonderful...

Where to begin...
This was our first time in Mont-Tremblant and WOW was it ever amazing. The skiing was so good and the hospitality was even better. While shopping around the different possibilities, I could not have landed in a better hotel.

We are a family of 4 and we booked a two bedroom suite. Spacious, clean and to top it all off had a great functional kitchen. What I found to be even greater is that in the morning we would give our grocery list to the Front Desk and upon our return from skiing all was in our room and there was no extra charge for the service only the items purchased. I ordered meat, milk, juices, you name it and they delivered it for us.

Besides the room being impecable what to say about the service. From our room attendant to the staff at the Front Desk and breakfast all of them smiled and made us feel right at home.

If you are thinking of going to Mont-Tremblant, make sure you book at the Marriott you can't go wrong

We just returned from a 5 night stay at Marriott's Mont Tremblant Residence Inn. Everything was top notch. Your stay comes with a huge breakfast buffet, the Aqua Source indoor pool is 10 yards away (this comes with a small price of $88 Canadian dollars for family of four 3 day pass) If you have more than 3 people staying with you opt for the 1 or 2 room suite vs a regular room. All the damp clothes from skiing take up a lot of room but each room has a gas fireplace to dry things. Don't bother getting Canadian money because everyone takes visa and only a few gift shops had a $10 minimum. Most will take US dollars and give change in Canadian dollars. Before buying lift tickets or ski rentals, check to see if more days are less expensive. Many places let kids ski or rent free if parents buy at least a three day pass. Plan to use the kitchen in your room at the Marriott to save a few dollars, a very large grocery store is about a 15 minute drive from the village. Skis and poles are not permitted in the rooms but there are racks in the underground garage. Locks are free from the front desk and if you want you can take the locks up to the base of the mountain and lock your ski equipment up there vs bringing it back down at night. You can ski in but you must take the short lift back up to the chair lifts to ski. Some rental places do not carry wide boots so if you need a wider boot check at the base of the south slope right side, they carry larger items. Just about all people at the resort area speak English, only outside of town at the grocery store and gas station did they speak only French and pointing always works. The slopes were nice, lots of runs and no wait for lifts. Plenty of new snow.

My family just returned from a week at the Marriott Residence Inn. We found our 1 bedroom suite ideal for our needs: plenty of space and light, a few steps from the AquaClub, free breakfast and free indoor parking, quick walk to the lift. Having the kitchen was a godsend, as restaurants in the resort are expensive and not very good.

A few caveats, though: parking spaces and turning radius in the garage are *extremely* tight, so don't expect to get a huge vehicle in. The grocery store is a long way off, so if you are going to use the kitchen, stop at Provigo/IGA on Rt. 117N on your way up from Montreal. Lastly, while we were there the entire hotel was taken up with Japanese tour groups. A friendlier and happier bunch you could not have hoped for, but dang they hit the breakfast and afternoon buffets hard -- you have to get in early if you want anything for yourself!

We were at the hotel for just under a week, in summer. We stayed in a regular room and it was small for my family of 4. There was inadequate drawer space and the kitchen area took up most of the space for walking around. On the good side, the location is excellent (convenient to everything), the staff is very helpful and bilingual and there was breakfast and mid-afternoon snack served every day.

Great location next to the slope and right in the middle of the shopping and restaurants - also 10 feet from the Aqua Center. Needed to get the 2 BR with a family of 5. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Just returned from a stay at Mont Tremblant at the Marriott. Location was great. The breakfast was superb - not just a continental breakfast, but omelettes, Belgian waffles, etc. -- and included in the price.
