Very comfortable hotel and very reasonable in terms of prices for the quality. Very friendly personnel and great location in resort center right near the Main Street. Breakfast is included -standard American buffet. Clean rooms and a big garage with storage area for skis and equipment.

We stayed in February and have to say it needs a bit of attention. Rooms are clean and comfortable but are dated and they need to be refurbished. The breakfast area could be so better. Even when it is not busy the design means you are fighting in crowds to get food. The furniture is dated and again the breakfast room needs refurbishment.
The staff are really lovely, helpful and accommodating to needs.

Dear Guest

Thank you so much for choosing the Residence Inn by Marriott for your stay in Beautiful Mont-Tremblant. We were very happy to hear that you enjoyed the service which was provided by the hotel staff during your stay as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. I apologise that we did not meet your expectations in regards to the hotel decor. We also greatly appreciate the comments in regards to the breakfast layout and will most definitely share this with our team. The Property was renovated in 2009 and scheduled for another renovation sometime next year. We do hope that we get the pleasure of welcoming you back to Tremblant in the future.

I've been visiting Mont Tremblant at least once annually for 14 years and somehow have never stayed here. I booked it for a one night stay while awaiting the rest of our group to arrive for a stay elsewhere and did so because it seemed like a great value for one night. It turned out to indeed be a great value and surpassed my expectations. The staff was great, the hotel and room was clean, there was a refrigerator in the room as well as other amenities (microwave and accessories, electric tea pot, coffeemaker, etc). The location right in the pedestrian village was perfect to venture out (and ski if you're planning on that). The underground parking was cheap ($12 I believe). My only complaint is that the bathroom lighting was poor and the towels were pretty thin. I didn't swing in for breakfast but it was included in the rate.

My wife, 6 year old daughter & I stayed here for 5 days of skiing. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to everything in the base village. One could easily park their car in the underground garage and never have to get in the car until it was time to leave. I am beginning to like Residence Inns more & more and this is no exception, although not the best I've stayed at. We booked through the Mont Tremblant website & everything was at the front desk when we checked in (lift tickets, ski-school passes and a pass for tubing/ice skating/first tracks). The lady who checked us in kind of rushed me into agreeing to use their "VIP" ski rental service, which I was a bit suspicious of at first - it was just a guy who pulled up in a van the next morning to fit us. Turned to work very well - my wife and I needed skis, my daughter skis & boots. The very friendly man sat with us in the lobby and very quickly got us what we needed. The price was about what I would expect to pay from the rental store, but without having to wait in any lines. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds. The bedroom was a bit cramped, smaller than I'm used to. There was ample closet & drawer space. The kitchen was well equipped. The living/dining room was nice, with a sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace and table for 4. Two flat screen TVs. No safe (I hate this). Wifi & breakfast included in the price. I had to type in a passcode on my computer for access, but my mobile devices got on the wifi without having to log in. Internet speed was good & no problems when I had to use VPN to do some business. Breakfast was typical Residence Inn - make your own waffle, variety of loaf breads & bad bagels, but also lots of fresh fruit, hot foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, red potatoes, etc). Decent coffee. Two hot tubs out back (hot, but not VERY hot like my wife likes). Good cleaning crew & ever-present bellman. Short walk to everything. Will stay here next time.

We had a very nice time staying at the Residence Inn in Mont-Tremblant. First off, the location was great, right in the middle of the resort town. They had indoor parking which was very convenient. We had a studio room with 2 queen beds, a small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker and dishes. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and not squeaky at all. The tv had a limited number of channels, but who comes to Mont-Tremblant to watch tv anyway, right? The morning hot and cold breakfast buffet was delicious, and had all the staples plus nice extras like waffle makers to make your own waffles! As far as facilities go, unfortunately they don't have an indoor swimming pool for the winter time, but they did have two nice hot tubs outside in the courtyard so you can relax after a day of skiing and watch the cabriolets pass overhead. The staff were pleasant and accommodating too. Overall highly recommended place to stay while in Mont-Tremblant.

Room Tip: Many of the suites have balconies, but I don't know if the some of the studios do too. We didn...

Our check-in experience was awful. Checking in with a friends and family certificate they proceeded to tell us our certificate was expired when actually the date of issue was only 12 days before our reservations (certificates good for 60 days from date of issue). When we tried to tell them it was the date of issue not expiry date. we got so much attitude that we walked away and called our family who issued the certificate. We returned in a calm state and tried explaining again, they then realized what the "date of issue" meant and checked us in. We received so much attitude because we spoke in English. When we started speaking French their complete demeanour changed. Not so welcoming for a village that welcomes people from around North America on a regular basis. Once checked in we went to our room. Very satisfied to see that we were in a one bedroom suite when we originally only booked a two queen room as that was only available online. Room is amazing, customer service needs revamping.

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your experience upon arrival at the hotel. I want to apologise regarding the confusion as it pertains to the expiration date on the Marriott Friends & Family form you presented at check-in. Friends & Family discount forms emitted by Marriott hotels do in fact expire 60 days after date of issue, and Marriott requires us to follow the necessary protocol when accepting these forms. I am so sorry to hear that your experience lacked the customer service that was expected. We will most certainly address this issue with the front desk team in order to ensure this type of situation does not re-occur.

Aside from the experience upon arrival I was glad to hear that you were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite for your stay and that you were satisfied with your suite.

Once again that you for your comments and hope that we have the privilege of hosting you again in beautiful Tremblant.

We just returned home from a four day vacation at the Residence Inn in Mont Tremblant. It was a great experience. The stay at the hotel includes a First Tracks pass which allows you up on the lifts an hour earlier than the public, it also includes tubes for free snow tubing from 6-9 every night and includes free ice skate rentals. You can buy lift tickets easily and very quickly at the front desk. The hotel was clean, comfortable, close to everything and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The WiFi was free, the bed was super-comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very good and convenient. The daily room cleaning service was excellent and our one bedroom suite had a nice kitchen and was perfectly comfortable for me, my husband and two boys. The garage is heated and has convenient racks inside for skis and snowboots, etc. The location is excellent...although you have to take the gondola up to the base skiing area where there are other hotels. You are close to the ice skating rink and many great restaurants, including Casey's Sports Bar and Grill which is in the hotel. You are also right next to a quaint general store and the Aqua Club which has indoor pools/slides for the kids to swim. Our friends stayed in the Homewood Suites which were at the top near the base skiing area and other friends of ours stayed at the Fairmont. The Homewood Suites had nice amenities and had a nicer hot tub, the Fairmont which is much more expensive had a nice outdoor swimming pool and several outdoor hot tubs and a game room for the kids. All had nice amenities. The Marriott had two small hot tubs outside. Their outdoor pool was closed while we were there. It did have a nice, small exercise room with several machines. The Residence Inn is right next to a great restaurant that you need to go to called La Creperie. It has amazing crepe meals and desserts, etc. I highly recommend it. It is also very close to a fun candy store and a small Chinese/Thai restaurant. Everything is close by and within a short walk. Even if you don't ski there are tons of activities to participate in...dog sledding, snowshoeing, going to the Scandaneve Spa, within a close drive, snowmobiling, horse-drawn sleigh rides, etc. It was truly a great vacation. I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Rooms on first floor were very convenient to breakfast and Casey's Sports Bar and Gril and to ou...
