Stayed here on more than one occasion. The hotel is terrific and well located in the village. The outdoor pools were a great hit with the children. The staff is friendly and helpful and the Windigo restaurant serves some great food. The rooms could do with some updated and modern décor. We rented a large suite with a kitchette, which was very comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary this summer and it was as we expected. Got a great room with fantastic view of the village. The bar was great and the location to walk to town was perfect. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is due to the parking and lift pass. The lift pass was free with other hotels ( not fairmont) which I didn't realise. Also parking is 25 bucks a day including all the taxes. We tried to park in the free public parking but this was full. Slightly disappointed that valet parking was therefore the only way to go :-( other than this a great hotel!

This hotel, which has reasonable corporate rates, has impeccable rooms in a rustic elegant design. It feels like you are in a basic luxurious country home.
The greeting is warm and timely.
The pros:
-spotless and well maintained
-decent breakfast although service varies
-great location with the village downhill
-good dining room
-nice meeting halls
Cons:
no serious ones, perhaps the relatively slow retrieval of cars from the parking since there is no parking nearby.
Since it is one of the buildings at the top of the shopping village, any walk means an easy walk away and a slight uphill walk on the way back. A small price to pay to be in the heart of the skiing village.

Mont Tremblant is a relatively new town in Laurentians, principally created to cater for skiers in the winter and mountain walkers in the summer. The hotel, therefore, has a modern look and not the classical towers and turrets often associated with Fairmont hotels.

Rooms are relatively spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Rather tricky lamp switches that just swivel round.

There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools with adequate facilities. Access to the town is down from the pool terrace.

Breakfast buffet is rather limited though choice outside the hotel is not any better. Same applied to the dinner. Still, you probably won’t go to Mont Tremblant for culinary experience.

There is also an easy access to the cable car that can take you right to the top of the mountain.

Note the internet access in not free here.

We were lucky to arrive in the middle of the IronMan competition, that finished in the village below, that created fabulous atmosphere that evening.

Room Tip: Try corner room 636 for great views

Located in a mountain atmosphere, this hotel offers excellent service with a bit of luxury touch. Cozy room, comfortable beds, soft pillows, elegant furniture, amenities to please any kind of guest. We stayed two nights in Mont Tremblant coming from Montreal. I recommend this experience being hosted by Fairmont chain.

My family decided to stopby Mt. Tremblant after 5-day camping in a national park so we booked a room at the Fairmont at the very last minute. We not only had a early check-in before 12:00pm, but also a late checkout at 1:00pm the next day. They really let my family have enough time to do the activities and enjoy the village. Thanks to their 5-star service! The hotel is in a perfect spot in the village. You can either walk down to shop or eat, or climb up the mountain to enjoy the nature. All the kids activities are steps away as well as the central stage. It is very convenient to go to watch the shows or attend the events. Inside the room, it certainly has a 5-star taste. The shower is extremely comfy. In addition, their game room is really fun! You can play air-hockey, foosball or hockey game(not sure the exact name). What a wonderful stay!

I've stayed at the Fairmount during the Ironman 70.3 and the full Ironman in August. Great service with helpful people. The rooms are super clean, the maid even folded my underwear that I had forgotten in the bathroom! The beds are soooo comfortable that you don't want to get up! The year round pool/spa is cool but often crowded.

On the negative side now... Charging 18$ for Wi-Fi is a non-sense!! We are in 2013 guys! I don't know any other hotels that charge for wi-fi nowadays... Valet parking is expensive 21$ per day.

Room service is great but again pretty expensive.

Overall great experience, good service and excellent location away from the noisy village of Mont Tremblant.
