Had a fantastic lunch. All 3 of us agreed it was the best fish we have ever had (and we eat allot of fish). Even the after meal coffee was superb. Beautiful scenic views as you eat. Would highly recommend it

This is our 11th year going to Gilly's. It is about a 15 minute boatride from our cottage. My first trip there in 2003 was to get gas, and the owner was cleaning fish in the basement of the restaraunt. I figured that was a good sign!
I have always ordered the fish and chips. Even though it is not on the menu, for a couple of bucks more you get 50% more fish! Never dissappointed. Others we take are always very pleased with their meals and experience.
Get there before 5:00PM for dinner, otherwise packed. Often we do a late lunch. I am just so glad this place exists! A huge asset to the area!

Gilly's consistently serves excellent food and you get value for your money. I am glad they added a small 'patio' out front to allow people to wait for their tables in some comfort - as they are almost always busy.

My family and I are huge fans of Gilly's. Great fish dinners, fine atmosphere, friendly staff and a real desire to serve the customer good food. It's quite obvious. You will have to wait about 30 to 60 minutes to get in on weekends, but it is worth it. Have a beer on the front porch and listen to the live music!

Too bad they are not open year-round!

This was our first visit to Gilly's. Our Parry Sound friends recommended it highly and were our guests. We were not disappointed! The fresh pickerel was the best we'd ever had. We called ahead and were told they didn't take reservations but the wait would be short after 7:30. We waited an hour but it was worth it except the heat. We could understand a dock restaurant not having air-conditioning but there wasn't a hint of breeze and we didn't see any fans. Pity the help! It was much hotter inside than the 30 plus outside. We hope to go back though and definitely recommend it.
