To say that this is a popular place at the "peak" eating times is like saying that "water is wet". You can face lineups of 45 minutes to an hour. So select your time carefully. But GO! This is one of the nicest Baton Rouge restaurants and the food is servd in large portions and without a lot of delay. The "team serving" concept can sometimes lead to wires being crossed. The wait staff may assume that you have placed your order when you haven't and when they are very busy they can sometimes fail to be attentive. The real winner on the menu is the rib steak...of course, the ribs are also outstanding. So is the prime rib finished on the grill. Not to be ignored is the wine list. It is short but usually has 2 or 3 excellent wines that are offered at a very reasonable price
