Spring Farm is the best B&B we have ever stayed in,cannot be faulted. As other reviewers have said, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfast was superb and as for the friendly hosts,Nicky and Gary, well, where do you begin. After being shown to our room by Nicky we were invited down for tea and a slice of Nicky's superb homemade cake, not just on arrival but other days too.As we were the only guests for the first three nights of our stay Nicky said we could use the lounge if we did not want to go out and just make ourselves at home,it was as if we were part of the family, she couldn't do enough for us,nothing was too much trouble for her. Nicky and Gary's hospitality is second to none and we will certainly be visiting them again.

We had never stayed in a small B&B before. Spring Farm sets the bench mark very high indeed for stays at any other B&Bs. I can only second what every other reviewer has said. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and the en suite was so clean one needed sunglasses to protect the eyes from the glare. We were the only guests on the night we stayed and felt almost like one of the family.

The hospitality provided by Nicky and Gary is second to none. Spring Farm would make an excellent base to tour the surrounding area. There are several NT properties around, Bodiam Castle is only a few minutes away. Of course, if the weather is good there is a lovely pool area and garden to laze around in.

Spring Farm is an absolute gem and it is easy to see why. Nicky and Gary put so much of themselves into making sure that their guests have a memorable stay. May their success continue.

Room Tip: If you need to stay in the Bodiam area this is the place to stay.

Must say that this is the best B & B we've ever stayed at. The hosts Gary & Nicky were very freindly and advised us to take a torch to the local restaurant. Spring Farm was exceptionally clean and I felt that I should have remove my shoes on entering. The breakfast was very filling, tasty and Nicky's home made jam was very tasty. Our room was over looking the pool it was a good sized room with an excellent on-suite. We were on our way to Dover to pick up a cruise. When ever we are down that way again it will be the only place to stay.

I have stayed at hundreds of B&B's and hotels over the last view years and I can hand on heart tell you that you will never stay anywhere where you will feel more welcome.

I was with my partner attending a friends wedding which is why we found ourselves in beautiful Bodiam, but this place is so good it is worth planning a trip to Sussex just to enjoy this hospitality.

You are welcomed with a nice cup of tea and freshly baked cake!

This place is out in the sticks which is part of the charm but Nicky the owner offered us a lift down to the local pub, what amazing and friendly service!

Breakfast will be a challenge....only because I challenge you to ask for something that Nicky hasn't thought of, massive selection of quality food regardless of whether you like continental or the more traditional fully cooked breakfast.

Make a point to come to this beautiful part of the world...and stay here :-)

Room Tip: Any room, you will be treated like a King!

We stayed here 2 nights in July in the twin room overlooking the lake. Nicky, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and once we'd taken our bags to the room we were given a choice of fantastic home made cakes to accompany our tea in the visitor's lounge, which had every facility you could possibly require. Nicky was a wonderful hostess and couldn't have made us feel more welcome if she'd tried. She even drove us down to the pub in Bodiam for dinner on the first night and picked us up afterwards - really way beyond her remit. The breakfast was superb - fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and juices all beautifully laid out and then naturally, an excellent full English that was better than most hotels. Our room was spotelssly clean and nicely decorated with a very nice en suite shower room. We overlooked the lake and enjoyed watching the green woodpecker feeding on the grass on the first morning.
If I was ever back in the area, I would stay here again in a heart beat - it really was a very special place.
