We stopped for dinner. Everything we ate was delicious. The waiter was very nice and helpful. There is a kids menu, but our daughters wanted steak, they made them one without the complicated sauce and with fries although not on the menu. We had a great time there

We had lunch here in June 2019. The place was almost empty; it's a bit out of the way but the food is outstanding. I had a salmon and shrimp tartare and it was delicious (not too mention a very generous portion). They can accommodate gluten allergies and brought me gluten free crostini with my meal. They had a complimentary platter of appetizers that consisted of pate, hummus, pickles, olives and nuts - everything delicious. My son had the egg Benedict which was a large portion with lots of fresh veggies and the mushrooms were oyster and trumpet, not the regular white mushrooms we were expecting. Overall, a great choice and I am glad we crossed the river to go there,

We stopped at Evolution on a trip as we knew it was located not too far from freeway and we did not want to be stopped for too long. We knew it was there as we stayed at the Hampton Inn right across a few times but had never tried, but we will be back!
It was Dec 31st evening so lots of restaurants closed. We were greeted very well by staff with a small, the place was not very busy, but all staff came by multiple times during dinner to ensure everything was to our liking.

The place is a bistro, thus expect this type of menu (not a ton of items) and this is not a cheap eat (~24$-35$ per plate), but the quality of the products used and the execution is worth it.

Me and my wife both had fish, I had the Cod and she had the Tuna. Both plates were very tasty, flavours were subtle enough not to overcast the fish itself. Portions were good too.
We took a dessert to go, the cheesecake, and it was very good too.

We were served very quickly and back on our way, but we will be back next time we stay in Levis for sure.

Tried multiple dishes and each had its own unique delicious flavor. Every appetizer, main dish, and dessert was made to perfection! Loved the mint cream brûlée.
