My wife and I ate dinner here on a Friday (4 Apr). We were not quite sure if this restaurant was open for the season, but we stopped by the pro shop and found out that several golfers were out on the course so that dinner would most definitely be served later in the day. We took advantage of the absolutely gorgeous day to take numerous photographs not only of this special setting but also in the town of Radium Hot Springs. We returned at about 6pm for a nice dinner. The menu is not that varied, but our steaks were very well prepared. The views from the outdoor deck (that overlooks the Columbia River valley) are stunning. With the Selkirk Mountains to the west and the late afternoon golden sun streaming into the valley, these views are truly special. We had read about this site from the latest edition of the Moon travel guide for British Columbia, and the tip to dine here was a great one.
