We stayed at PNP for 3 nights in August 2008. we both agreed that this is one of the very best places we've ever stayed. I loved the fact that it felt like we were the only people there and the staff really made an effort to be completely unintrusive. The views were simply amazing, the cabin (raccoon) was clean, tidy and fully supplied, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub on the deck was relaxing and private. There are no phones, no TV and it is very quiet...except for the sound of waves crashing on the shoreline below. It is the perfect place to get away, unwind, and enjoy a good book. I loved the little walking trails around the property and the little quiet places tucked amongst them... spots where you can find a chair overlooking the ocean to sit and read or reflect. The beach house was great with a fire pit and we spent 2 evenings cooking dinner over the fire pit by ourselves watching the otters play in the water and on the beach. One afternoon while exploring around the point, we saw a pod of orcas off the shoreline with our binoculars,...I was told the next day by a whale watching guide that there were about 50 of them out there.
Needless to say, we will be back hopefully sooner rather than later!
If you are looking for a place to truly get away, relax, reflect and enjoy the one you are with, I can't recommend Point-no Point highly enough!
