We stayed two nights at the Basecamp and were really impressed by the concept as well as how well everything worked. The place was really clean and managed as it really is their own thing that they want to do well, not just to maximize profits with minimum effort.
I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Planet Basecamp and will stay there if I visit Lofoten again.

We had such a good stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, the room was perfect and the nature nearby is stunning. I also liked all the tips the staff gave us about Lofoten. I will definitely visit this place again!
What a lovely place. I really loved this. Great designed, modern and large space in kitchen, common room. It has created a relax, comfortable atmosphere through out the place. The owners are wonderful, kind, super friendly and very helpful. I had great time to stay with Planet BaseCamp. The coffee rolls are amazing! All the doors are sound-blocked to keep the noise down. The owners gave valuable tips of the area.
Best acommodation around Scandinavia so far. Host is really kind and helpful. Clean and not only comfortable and practical but beautiful interior. Bus stop and grocery store is 1 minute away. Hope to come back some day.

Truly lovely stylish place - very clean and the owner is also the manager and she is there overseeing everything -- her heart is totally there in caring for the place. It was quiet even in the mornings and across the lawn is a beautiful lake and hike. Our room was small with no real room for luggage. but we did take two singles and join them together for a queen bed, so maybe that was why. The other rooms seemed larger. I would recommend this for sure- it was comfortable and very clean- made sharing sharing kitchen and bathroom very pleasant.
I arrived to Lofoten earlier than planned by taking a night ferry. Lofoten Planet Basecamp helped me out by responding to my call and providing a room on a very short notice. I got very useful guidelines and hints. This is a great starting point for hiking. Very clean, modern and stylish, it is a real value for money.
