The two ladies that were in the house when we visited were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were dressed in period costume and when we visited in the afternoon we were offered tea and scones and raisin bread and they sat at the table to visit with us! There was no admission fee to this house but they do rely on donations. Make sure you check out the basement. I highly recommend this little piece of history.
