We had the pleasure of dining at this newly opened restaurant in early July. After eating a lot of "fried and steamed food" we were delighted when the owners of our B&B recommended Savour.
It is a small unpretentious house on the outside but contains a simple,artistic interior with well arranged space. We had the tasting menu which had an interesting variety of flavors and ingredients. The waitress and Eric's wife Jenny were both very friendly,attentive and informative. They helped us select a surprisingly good local wine from Nova Scotia . The creativity and attention to detail certainly show how Eric has won several awards already in his career. This young couple has an obvious passion for this venture. Probably the best in New Brunswick and much better than the Rossmount Inn.
