We were on a Poker Run for a charity event riding our Harley. We had not stopped at Webers for quite some time, but it was part of the day's events for all riders, so we were quite pumped. well.... what a disappointment. Definitely not like the "past" days at Webers. Though they do have it organized well, even with a line of 50 people, it's fast... but... the burgers & fries are not what they use to be.... we would not go out of way to return. It's convenient for cottagers & boaters to cruise into but not the same anymore... Miss the one at Barrie Waterfront!

Weber's, is probably the fastest, fast food service when you are standing 50 people in line. The staff come out to meet you in line take your order and then bring you your change. So even though it looks like the line up will take too long, it is faster then going to McD's. The menu is simple and limited but the quality of the food is good and a reasonable price. It has several old railway cars for sitting in while you have your meal or a beautiful area with picnic tables.

I would say that the tradition of stopping of Webers is still justified. Burgers and shakes are excellent and fries/coke are ok. You get to customize your burger toppings which for this kind of volume is unique. Fortunately there is a lot of great outdoor space to wait with kids and walk the dog while you wait for your order. They work hard to get you through as quick as possible.

Always busy but after trying it once, felt that Harvey's was not as crowded and every bit as good. So we don't stop there any more.

No we don't have a cottage, but once the summer time staple of Weber's opens for the season, I am open to any excuse to head north. Food is consistant with a charcoal grilled hamburger and crisp skinny fries being the favorite. Menu hasn't changed much in the last 30 years, but that is part of the appeal, you know what you are going to get and it tastes like you remembered. The rail cars and picnic area make this a popular spot.
