“Barrielicious menu was fantastic”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2013 via mobile

Me and my wife came here after going to casino rama on a Wednesday night at about 8:10 pm. Our server Shannon was very nice and knowledgable about their menu.
We had gnocchi which was ok a little bland, and also the chicken supreme which was cooked better than any chicken I have ever received from a restaurant. Piping hot and super juicy .

As a full time executive chef I was very impressed with this restaurant, I will definitely return and try

“If this is fine dining...”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 19, 2013

...I'll take a normal restaurant that charges half or less for better food! We went for a special occasion (anniversary), mostly because we expected a nice atmosphere and better than decent food. The atmosphere was OK, as was the service, though you want to be sure you aren't near a big noisy group in the lounge area.
The food was simply unacceptable for the price - but who wants to make an issue of that when you are celebrating a special occasion - certainly not us! Wine list is unimaginative and overpriced. Menu items have not been updated on the restaurant webpage, and the menu descriptions were very misleading - as in sounds good, tastes way not so good!
The surf and turf linguini is simply the worst entree we've had in recent memory - as previous reviews stated, tasteless, absent of either surf or turf, glutinous patties in a nondescript pasta and sauce . The seafood canneloni had overcooked shrimp and scallops and tiny shards of lobster in pasta on a plate - that's it! The creme brule dessert was curdled and repugnant, and the poached pear cheescake was absent of pears and at least two days old. Even the coffee was not up to today's McDonald's standards.
Not much to like, indeed, especially at a cool $100 for the above (ahem) meal !!

Never going back, as Era 67 and many others are so much better...

“Very over priced.”

Food was pretty good but portions very small and very overpriced. I don't think I'd go back even if it was for a special occasion.

“Christmas Eve Day Lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 28, 2012

Looked for a fine dining experience for lunch to enjoy with an elderly aunt for Christmas.
Found exactly what we wanted with Sixteen Front. Great location, very good lunch menu and nicely decorated for a Christmas lunch. Service was excellent.
Descriptions on menu more than met expectations. Presentation and taste was first rate.
Also this restaurant can do special group meals with 2 smaller rooms for 8 or 12. We will be calling to arrange a larger family gathering in the new year.

Thanks for a great meal.
