I've stayed here many years and have always had a wonderful experience. Jacques is a kind host. The rooms clean. Beds soft and comfy. Breakfast was outstanding! I look forward each year to returning.

The proprietor Jacques O'Shea and his staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The restaurant is first rate. The Inn and its rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Each bedroom is unique and most are spacious. Gananoque is a town of only 5000 people. It is fortunate to have an inn of such outstanding quality as much larger towns and cities do not have an establishment that could compete with Trinity House Inn.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the inn. We traveled with our dog & stayed in the Lockup--a separate building which was once the jail in Gananoque. Every amenity was present & then some--a truly inviting & immaculately clean accommodation. The main inn has beautiful antiques & furnishings, but is still a place where you could relax & kick back a bit. The inn is within walking distance to all the sights & there is even a lovely garden in the back. Breakfast was delicious & dinner a gourmet experience. The inkeeper was most welcoming & helpful--secured tour boat tickets for us & a reservation at another inn when his dining room was closed. We travel frequently with our dog & have hit valleys & peaks as far as accomodations go--The Trinity House is the top of the top. We wish that the inn was close to our home so that we could enjoy it again & again--you can't go wrong at The Trinity House Inn.

I have been to Gananoque a few times. There something about the quality of food, the environement and the easy nature of the staff of the Trinty House that makes it my favorite place to go. I do feel as if I am at "home" in this fine bed and breakfast, and the staff, without even seeming to try seem to make me feel as if I belong

The location is perfect for the Thousand Islands Playhouse, just down the street. It's also beside an ice cream parlour and around the corner from a funky coffee house on the main street. It's quiet and the hosts are warm and welcoming. The restaurant has terrific food. Breakfast includes homemade quiche, fruit and pancakes.

We came into Gananoque about 7:00PM looking for a place to stay. Found a theater first and were lucky enough to get tickets for an 8:00 performance. We then asked if there were any B&B's close. We were told about Trinity Inn just a few blocks away.
We found it and checked in quickly to make the play. Has we were leaving for the play, we were informed that check out time was at 11:00. We told him that was no problem, as we were going on the 9:30 boat ride. He then told us we would not get breakfast, as we were the only guests and he was sleeping in. Too late to argue at that point, so I asked if he could just leave out a muffin and a coffee maker. He said there was coffee in the hall upstairs. It was instant! How hard would it have been to get a doughnut from Tim Hortons and have left out a coffee maker? Or at least there should have been a discount on the room.
