“2.5hr Cruise”
Reviewed August 17, 2013 via mobile

Went in the Sat. 10:30am cruise which seemed much less crowded compared to those passed later on. Shipwreck info limited to only enclosed decks which would have been good to know ahead of time. Great sites & commentary but would want to do the Bolt Island Castle stop if I went again. Overall a good cruise.

“Very enjoyable tour”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

My wife and I took a 5 hour 1000 Island tour, including a 2 hour stop over at Boldt Castle. The tour included many tidbits of information, including the homes of some of the celebrities and power brokers. A couple things to be aware of. If you choose to stand outside to take pictures, it can be difficult to hear the narration, especially on a windy day. They also need to identify a proper line outside while waiting to board. Some people had been waiting at the blue line for 40 minutes but when allowed to board, people came from nowhere to move to the front of the line and push their way forward. Not a good way to start the tour. Boldt Castle is an additional $8.00 charge to get in. The boat line just drops you off at the castle but charges you $9.00 more per ticket to do that, than the tour that just goes by the Castle. Its a small thing but something you should be aware of if you are bringing an entire family. Still a good tour and the two hours at the castle is plenty to see everything.

“Beautiful 5 hour Tour”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

We made it a full day sarting with breakfast at Anthony's then we took the 5 hour tour stop-over at Boldt Castle. Just seeing the splendor of the castle was amazing it has come a long way from being in ruins. When we finished our cruise we toured the shops on King St. made a few purchases and then we capped off our day with dinner at the Olde English Pub. Great day spent with great friends.

“Good trip and amazing service”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

We had a very nice cruise with these guys, the 2.5 hour cruise to 1000 islands. The 1-hour cruise might have been enough, but we drove 3 hours to get there, so we might as well have at least 2.5 hours of fun, and the shorter trips miss some of the nicer areas such as the castle.

The service was amazing - My camera fell from my pocket and was left on the boat. By the time we noticed, the boat already left on another cruise, so we told the office. They ended up finding it, but by that time we were already a few hours away, so I asked them to send it to my next hotel. They had it shipped overnight and it waited for me at the hotel, without any charge whatsoever! Now this is what I call customer satisfaction.

Only one thing I'd advice to improve - allow people to make reservation to specific tours. We couldn't reserve a spot to a specific hour, which caused us a bit of stress even though eventually there was plenty of room on the boat (probably due to the bad weather). It would have been nicer if we knew in advance that our spot on the specific tour was guaranteed as our time schedule was short.
