Great outdoor terasse! We had a wonderful meal, all while listening to their great outdoor live band! Their fries are so good you won't be able to resist them! Enjoy!

You can tell a lot about the quality of a restaurant by the respect (or lack of respect) they show their customers. We stopped in for drinks and an appetizer on what appeared to be one of the nicer terraces in Magog. Simple orders, two glasses of Rose Wine, a martini and an order of nachos. The order for the Martini was VERY specific, a dry vodka martini, with the dry emphasized multiple times. Le Liquor Store boasts a Martini list so these very specific instructions seemed a bit over the top, and the place is called Le Liquor Store, so they should get it right. The drinks came and the Rose, of which there was only one choice by the glass was very sweet, not at all a sophisticated or beautiful Rose of which there are many in the market place to choose from. The Martini was not at all dry and heavy with vermouth! When the server was told the drink was not dry and was not tasty, she returned it to the bar, only to be sent back to the table with the drink in hand and instructions from the bartender that this was indeed a dry vodka martini as had been requested! Wow! The poor young woman, who was very sweet and attentive, stood there awkwardly trying to justify coming back and returning the drink! When emphatically told this was not acceptable, she did return with a glass of red wine as a replacement. The nachos were below average, with limited toppings and lots of undressed chips. We asked for a second small cup of salsa so we would have something to flavour this pile of un-topped, bland chips and I was shocked to see at the end of the meal they charged us $2.00 for this! Two slaps in the customers face. Any place that treats customers like this does not care much about anything. Would never go back.

We just stopped for an afternoon snack so limited review. My wife and I shared a delicious pizza and each had a drink. Excellent pizza and very good service. Pleasant outdoor terasse. Thee was no music playing at the time we were there.so cannot comment on how Lou's or quiet it may be when the band plays

Our welcome was with attitude from the host, requested to sit by bar close in order to get a view on the river, section close, despite having the entire terrace empty,...waited for 15 minutes before having the none too busy 5-6 staff members around... We actually stayed which usually I would have left, order only a beer and martini and left. This was it, they are maybe good at other time but we were surprise to see a beautiful spot like this, with so many staff members not being able to offer the extra touch and efficiency of service on a non busy time period (6pm).

Something to know, there is an active train track right at the end off the terrace, the train passed and you feel almost on the track itself, noisy. But despite this one of the nice terrace on that Main Street.
