thank you Tripadvisor for pointing out this gem for us
on looks alone, we would have never gone in
even after getting through the door, the white, blank style left us hesitant, but the recommendations were there, so we tried the poulet panini, with fries
and they had run out of steak so I went for the cook's pick of smoked meat.
they were both excellent, and the smoked meat rivaled anything in Montreal, and better than a "gourmet" organic place we had just been to in Nova Scotia.
Definitely reminded us of those holes in the wall Bourdain loves,
good, honest, and cheap!
we were extremely satisfied and
the french fries, top notch!
next time, I will spring for the poutine
(never had it)
ah, the bill came out to about 15 dollars, with tax and a drink
