Maison Campbell, it is an amazing place full of joy, with the nicest hosts you could get (talkative, funny, helping, lovable), really comfortable rooms, a huge garden, flowers everywhere, absolutely delicious breakfast... you will want to come back there each year, as many people do!

If you are visiting in the Eastern Townships of Quebec and are looking for a B&B' look no further than La Maison Campbell in Magog at the north end of Lake Memphramagog. The hosts Jean and Danielle create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in their beautiful home. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are pretty, clean and very comfortable, plus the B&B is situated very convenient to the town itself yet in a quiet area.
My wife and I have stayed at B &Bs in many ares and countries and always look forward to our visits with Jean and Danielle at La Maison Campbell.

Had a superb two night stay at A La Maison Campbell. The best B&B's are those where you feel like friends rather than guests. Jean & Danielle made us so welcome, including remembering my birthday and marking it with a candle in one of the breakfast plates. Nothing was too much trouble, and their lovely home gives you a sense of unwinding - they encourage you to chat with other guests with a glass of port in the lounge in front of the fire - how much better can that get ? The rooms are great - good size and everything you need. Danielle's cooking is superb - and my hopes for the omlette being as good as others have mentions were more than realised ! I can't recommend them more highly. As I joked to them - your doctor should be able to prescribe a few days with them as you'll leave rested and very content with life.

We had a wonderful stay with Jean and Danielle. They have a lovely place and made it feel like home to all of us. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, the garden is lovely - wish I could've spent a day reading a book on the hammock! Danielle's presentation of the food was amazing - I almost didn't want to eat it - it was too lovely! Glad I did however - the food was delicious. Jean was a great host and made the kids feel very welcome. They both have a knack at making you feel comfortable in their home. The location was great as well. You could easily walk to the downtown for shopping and little restaurants to eat out and it was also very near the bike/walk paths along the river. Beautiful place!

We just stayed at "A la maison Campbell" third time with our family. Exceptional experience and unforgettable athomsphere. The hosts treated us like a family. We love them and respect a lot. It is very quiet and lovely place to stay in Quebec. The food is awesome, nicely prepared and presented. We definitely recommend this place to people who can enjoy their short life. And yes, the life is too short not to enjoy it.
We will definitely come back many times in the future.

I have traveled the world and think that La Maison Campbell is where I have felt most at home! The breakfast exceeds a 5 star hotel standard and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Don´t miss an evening by the fire with a good book enjoying a wonderful selection of french and other music. The ambience is relaxing and peaceful and both Danielle and Jean went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs and provide maps and any other information about the surrounding area. I am sure we will return and am already looking forward to it! Tnank you for an amazing stay!

Quaint property, fun displays of collections obtained on their overseas trips, very kid friendly, breakfast, tho small portions, was artfully displayed with flowers and fine china, and served by owners themselves. Walking distance to the wonderful little town of Magog with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Very scenic part of Quebec, make sure not to miss the nearby monastery in the moutains with a view of the lake. No phones or TV's in bedrooms, but not a real issue since we were so tired after our day of sightseeing. Owner was very helpful with ideas and suggestions and clearly loved his work. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
