My husband and I love pho and make a point of trying it in as many different places as possible. This was the worst we've had so far.

The broth was bland, lacked complexity and substance, the noodles were clumped together and the meat was overcooked when served. The rolls were greasy and clearly previously frozen. I'm very sad to say that I've had PC spring rolls that were better. The staff were friendly but inattentive and we left disappointed. This was not a Vietnamese restaurant.

I've had vietnamese food in some of the best restaurants in Calgary, Airdrie, and Saskatoon. The Noodle house in Drumheller is comparable on most aspects. The soups, noodle bowls, lemon grass chicken are all very delicious. However the best thing I have ever eaten here is the yellow curry chicken. It comes in yellow, green or red. Yellow is least spicy, red is the most spicy. It is not on the menu though. Secret menu item. Delicious!

We had the grilled pork chop with rice take out but instead of Vietnamese style or just plain old grilled pork chop - it was blackened and loaded with a sweat dark teriyaki sauce that tasted disgusting. The white rice without the sauce and spring rolls were ok though...should have just ordered plain white rice. If you want to eat anything that resembles Vietnamese food, do not eat here. Did not try their beef noodle soup but judging by the pork chop, more than likely not authentic. The place is also a hole in the wall which is fine if the food is good.

Horrible!! Bad food, small portions, disgusting atmosphere. Not worth it!

We ordered wonton soup which has chewy, disgusting wontons And large chunks of onion. The appetizers are very small, bland and cannot be shared.

nothing is better than a spicy pho soup on a cold day. all the food is cooked from scratch. the restaurant is run by a local family and they treat you like you're a part of their family. come a bit early because this place is often jam packed at lunch time, but you won't wait long. myself and a few other coworkers eat here regularly, we even went on a pho diet for a few weeks!!
