Great surprise for a small town this is elegant, quaint, romantic, classy and the food is delicious too. This restaurant would give the big city establishments a run for their money. It is a converted small house turned into a very nice little restaurant where they just donit right from a greeting at the door to quick friendly service at the table very personable.

It was recommended to us by our hotel reception and there is no regret! Located just across the road by the World's Largest Dinosaur in downtown Drumheller, this is a gem indeed. Food is fresh and tasty. The selection is simple from 1 page. Prices were reasonable also. We had no dietary requirements, and I cannot recall if they would cater for dietary needs. They seem friendly enough and I am sure they would accommodate when informed at reservations.

You will be lucky to get one of the 8 tables that are in this place. Visited for lunch and dinner, and restaurant was busy at all times, I hear that this is a common occurrence!

Love the fact that the kitchen is just like a regular house kitchen, and that the cook and owner and servers seem like a big family, it's very welcoming!

The daily posted specials are a great deal. Fresh ingredients, no deep frying!

Celebrated a friends birthday, and they put out a birthday centerpiece and happy birthday message!

Reasonably priced wine and cocktails.

Try the desserts- the chocolate mousse and warm ginger caramel cake- amazing!!

I did not expect to eat at a place like this in Drumheller! I went with a tour group I organized based on previous TripAdvisor reviews and they did not disappoint. The place has a great funky edge too it (ie: lime green trim on the outside) and a cozy, eclectic atmosphere on the inside. The restaurant is located in the front room of a converted house but does not feel closed in or dark in anyway. I love how the place is open concept and you can see right into the tiny kitchen that only has one chef in it for the whole place! He may be working alone but the food he was sending out was to die for and you can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients.

The service was very friendly and I love how they serve all the waters with slices of cucumbers in it! It was a great touch that added a really neat and unique taste that was quite memorable. The group I brought to Sublime were talking about the food for the rest of the trip and on the last day they even remarked that it was the best meal of the whole trip, even beating out a four course meal in downtown Calgary.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone going anywhere near Drumheller. It is a must place to eat at and you will not be disappointed.
