We stayed for one night. The room was clean and beds comfortable, the rooms are not big but for the little time we spent in them was fine, we even fitted a play pen in comfortably. We could hear noise from other room but this was not a major problem as everyone was quiet at a reasonable hour. The breakfast was very basic but enough to get you on your way for the day. Located in downtown so close to shops and places for supper.

we stayed at the eco-lodge may 18th and 19th. me, my wife, 2 daughters and small dog. we really enjoyed staying here. the rooms were very clean, new flat screen t.v. and very comfortable beds. its centrally located, and everything is within walking distance. they have a free continental breakfast every day which has coffee, drinks, toast , cereal yogurt, pastries etc. I think the best part , is the owners, you wont find 2 people as nice as they are! I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed during a holiday weekend, when the Econo Lodge was full. The manager was very friendly and welcoming, despite the demands on her time at such a busy time of the year.

The Inn is centrally located, and is in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars, which is great if you want to have a good look around as we did.

The rooms were clean and reasonably priced - there were just the two of us staying for two nights, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring friends and family with me, the next time I visit Drumheller.

My husband & I went on a short notice vacation to Drumheller. Upon arrival, we stopped at the Travelodge and although they had a room, they were not very accommodating. We decided to go downtown into Drumheller and wound up at the Econo Lodge. We were greeted by the Owner and she was very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. Our plan was to stay the night in Drumheller then head on to Calgary the next day after doing some site seeing. However, we decided to stay another night. My husband approached the our lovely hostess the next morning to see if we could stay another night. Again, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The room we had was reserved for that night, but she moved us to her last room available even though there were other people waiting for a room as well. The rooms were extremely clean and pleasant it was evident that a lot of money was spent in upkeep and updating the rooms. I would recommend anyone who goes to Drumheller to try this spot first before trying the other spots in town. Thank you for a very pleasant stay to the staff and Owners of the Econo Lodge!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cramped with two beds, table and chairs, etc, but we were only there for the night and appreciated having the table more than we would have appreciated extra space. Everything was clean and functional. It was everything we needed for a reasonable price.

Despite adverse weather conditions during stay (spring snow and blizzard) was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room itself was extermely clean and comfortable, really nice to have refrigerator and microwave in the room. The best feature for the hotel is the staff. They are extremely customer service oriented and friendly throughout stay. The staff is always available for a few minutes to just chat or provide assistance in any way.
Additional features of pool or fitness center were lacking but with the rec center and swimming pool just a few blocks away, is within easy walking distance to do either. The cost was less than $100/night which makes decision more cost effective and easy to get to downtown, which is where hotel is located.

Room Tip: Ask at booking time if want lower level room or outside staircase access second floor rooms.

If you're stuck and looking for a place to rest your face this place will do. It's not fancy, but it's not trying to be either. Overall everything is average, except the service. Everyone who I ever deal with is super helpful and extremely nice. That's the BEST part of staying here.
The WORST part is the restaurant across the street which is more of a bar on weekends. The people coming out at 2am are loud and annoying.
However, when you check in, just ask to be roomed on the other side of the hotel.
