My husband and i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. the staff was very unfriendly on check in. My husband came out of it with bites. After a trip to the hospital it had been proven he was bitten by bed bugs. There was a Kleenex on the floor that had not been cleaned up from the last people that stayed there. it had fecal matter on it. the bedding had some mild blood stains on it and the towels were ripped. the room had no heat and we had been refused a secondary space heater to help keep the room up. we got told it was 63 dollars for a Single room on arrival we were charged 80 dollars because we were two people. they threw us in a double room just to make the extra money. the power shorted out on us, the shower was completely nonfunctional for a shower. we used a prepaid Visa to pay for the room and were charged 100 dollar deposit on the room. after wards we were told it would take 2 weeks to get that money returned. we spoke to every other hotel in the area and were told this is not appropriate regardless of the payment type the deposit MUST be returned at time of check out. we had a DO NOT disturb sign on our door at 9 am on our last day there housekeeping walked right into our room avoiding the sign without knocking to make themselves known.... i HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT stay in this hotel. the over all experience was not good at all ( I have only covered the most sever of the issues we ran into in this hotel. there was much much more)

Friends booked a specific room for us for 5 days. I double checked with them a week before our arrival and all was well. The day before our arrival they called and asked if we were really coming since this was a busy time for them. When we arrived she kept insisting we had no reservation and they were booked but we insisted. Finally she acknowledged we indeed were on the books but there was " no way in hell" we were going to get the room that we had reserved. As it turned out there was a lot of workmen in town and rooms were at a premium and they were able to bunk a group of guys together in a room and make more money then they could with a regular reservation.

Room Tip: Very old and run down besides the fact the office staff was unfriendly. We didn't spend much time in the room since we were visiting friends in town. Barely fit to sleep in.
