first visit it was the lacking service - the waitress's were telling people that the heat was not working until 7 people asked for them to please turn the heat up. then it suddenly worked and the waitress was rude and inattentive after that.
2nd visit - found out the halibut comes frozen and is so thickly coated in a breading you can't eat it.
3rd visit - the noodle soup tasted like water and vegtables, had no sesame oil, no soy, no flavor and was really yucky yet for soup and water my bill was 23$
4rth visit - dragon boat wraps.......it must have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours...so yucky
The food was not fresh cooked and some of it came from frozen...but that was not how they portray this "higher end " restaurant bar
