First, I'd like to say that this Museum is an absolute treasure. I have visited it with my wife many times, and have always thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. That being said, we were actually in the shop when this other reviewer had his 'poor' experience. After many people telling us of this review, we felt the need to tell the real story. The museum staff have always been nothing but warm, friendly and helpful... However... When a redneck and his wife come crashing into the store, charge behind the counter, almost break an expensive mask, and don't apologise, I think the staff has the right to be a little shocked. Who goes behind the sales counter to lift up an expenaive mask? This is not a place where you can do what you want and ignore rules because you have a bunch of money to spend; there was a huge crash too when he did because he dropped part of the mask. That being said, they were also asked many times if they needed help. In fact, my wife and I watched them shrug off all help with entitled smirks, and help themselves. Guess they just think too highly of themselves; it clearly shows in their review. Not to mention how utterly rude one could be. Anyhow, we plan on going back and visiting to shop next week! Take the time to go check it out, you won't be sorry.
