“Great day viewing Grizzlies”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 6, 2014

We booked the Grizzly tour with Aboriginal Journeys and had a great day viewing about 12 bears.
The tour was well organized and well executed. They even found some orca for us on the way back.
One thing my wife and I often still talk about is how good the sandwich was they supplied for lunch.

This tour is a must see for Vancouver island ! Well worth the money. The sights are beautiful, the staff is friendly and they go way out of their way to give you lasting memories and gorgeous pictures. I would highly recommend this tour to family and friends and will likely go again in the future!

“Wildlife Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2014

Having had several wonderful Grizzly Bear viewing trips with this company and as I was in the area, I decided to go for an early season wildlife viewing trip without too much expectation that much would be around. WRONG! Gary sure knows where it all is and how to find it. Several hours of Killer Whale (Orca) viewing, not to mention all sorts of beautiful waterfalls, running high in the start of the spring run-off, all sorts of sea birds, seals, sea-lions, pacific white sided dolphins etc. If it's there this man will find it, he is determined to give his guests a wonderful experience.

“Great Grizzly Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 16, 2013

We went to see Grizzly Bears and that's what we got ! At one stage there ten bears in view including mother and triplets right up close. And we saw another mother and cub at a further location.
This is a small friendly and personal company; flexible when they can be and went out of their way to include sea-life on the trip.
Be aware that you need to cross back to the mainland to see the bears and that is 2-3 hrs by boat depending on what happy distractions of sea lions, seals, birds etc that you come across.
The tour includes a basic but enjoyable lunch of sandwiches, drinks and fruit.
Highly recommended !
