It's a nice level, paved walk you can do with a dog or by yourself. The path runs along the river for a bit and you will probably see seals and eagles. You may also see Trumpeter Swans in the river or ocean. There is a large wintering population. You can extend the walk by going off the pavement at the far end and the path takes you through the woods and is really lovely. You'll come across a fish bearing stream and then come out to the ocean where you can stop and rest for a bit. Then take the stroll back to your car.
