I stayed for the first time in this hotel and it was a really good experience. I think it was just bought by somebody. Check in was friendly and efficient, the room was a really nice surprise. It was clean, the bed very comfortable. Since I had a room on level 1 with a nice view, I did not hear any highway traffic. The girl at the front desk when I checked out, Nancy, went out of her way to help me, she needs to be commended. I had lost my glasses, they were found, she personally went to the Greyhound to send them to me.
The restaurant was renovated, it looks like they have a new cook. At this point the menu is very small, about 6 - 8 options. I had a chicken burger with salad which was very good. They are not licensed at this point, I do not care. The waitress was friendly and chatty, had to ask a lot of questions though. The breakfast was very basic as well, some cereal, coffee, hot water, bread, jam, butter. It was fine with me.
