I have tried many things from this varied menu.

The standouts include the beef burrito, which consists of caramelized beef with crispy edges and many layers of bean, avocado, rice...it's HUGE! I can't eat a whole one in a single sitting. No matter, though. I have saved the other half on many an occasion for a grab and go breakfast the next day. Still delicious cold.

The 'Glory Bowl' is another standout of organic greens, crispy peanut tofu, dried cranberries, citrus vinaigrette...really tasty even for this carnivore.

Butter chicken is another sure bet. A full meal of an East Indian favourite over basmati rice and a side of fresh yogurt sauce and naan for dipping. Hard to resist.

Many other options abound. Gluten/dairy/vegan ad infinitum allergies are all taken into consideration with a mere mention, as well as having many options available on the posted menu right from the get go.

Interesting smoothies as well. The avocado and apple smoothie stands out as refreshing and not as cloying as you would think.

Pretty much all main dishes are around the $10 mark and very reasonably priced relating to quality, portions and special service.
Everything is made fresh to order and will take a few minutes to execute, which is more than fine by me.

All of this made and served out of a slick trailer right next to the beach. Can't ask for more than that.
