The ambience adjusts to all seasons! In the winter, a cozy flame stove with side chairs invites relaxation before or after a day on the ski hill. Tables of varied heights add to the uniqueness. As summer approaches, you are served at outdoor tables away from the street unless you prefer to sit inside. Ceiling made of woven, lighted white willows was made by a famous local wood artist. Various local original art hangs on the walls. Rhonda and her staff treat you like family. But the food!!! Give me a break!!! The McKonch breakfast 'sandwich' is world-class. The frittata is so tasty and satisfying! Scones? Yes!!! Closer to lunch time, homemade soups made daily (from scratch, as is everything) are SO tasty due to creative recipes. Curry one day, chorizo the next, squash and more. The tastes just don't stop. Sandwiches are superb, salads include a symphony of fresh ingredients and are filling. I can not say enough about Rhonda and her love for people and food. I wish there was one of her cafes in every town I visit!
