Owner description: Voted as one of Canada’s best for course conditioning by SCOREGolf Magazine and rated four stars by Golf Digest, Eagle Ranch offers exceptional service, breathtaking views, and world-class golf. Located in the sunny Columbia Valley, this magnificent 18-hole golf course is winning accolades from professionals and golfers of all levels. There are other courses in the world that have made their reputations by challenging golfers with carries over ravines and water. But no other course has so brilliantly made use of canyon territory. With every shot, your ball soars against a picture perfect backdrop of pure Rocky Mountain beauty.

What a fantastic experience this course presents.Every hole is so unique and challenging.I just love all the ravines one needs to go over. The greens are smooth and fast. The staff are so friendly when you arrive and when you finish. The views are amazing and the 16 hole is a real treat. The food is very good and the view from the patio after golf is awesome.

What a fun experience this course presents. It is a challenge and the greens were hard to read the slopes and contours were on every green. The course was in excellent shape from tee to green. It is expensive to play but four over four hours of pure enjoyment well worth every penny. Take the camera as you will have many photo moments.

Eagle Ranch has a handful of the prettiest holes you'll find anywhere, but beyond 4-5 holes the rest of the course is average. Green fees are much too high given this, especially since most other courses in the valley are nicer and cheaper. Staff are friendly, marshals are always cheerful - worth playing once, but not a course I would keep going back to.

Given how nice the golf course is, I'm not quite sure why I was so surprised at how good both the food and the service was on the patio. Maybe it was because of our previous day's experience at another establishment? Anyway, our server was very fast and friendly. She kept the drinks full for us and we got our food really quickly. Almost too quickly as she probably could have sold us another beer! As for the food, the quality was excellent and had beautiful presentation. We had the calamari and the margarhita flatbread to share. Both items were recommended by our server and I'm glad we listened. The calamari was cooked perfectly, and the flatbread had a nice crispy crust. Despite being fairly simple dishes, both items had lots of flavour and were a good choice for a hot afternoon. I will be back for sure!
