While away on a weekend i was led to the bakery to see about purchasing a gluten free pizza crust and out of the many crusts i've tried since learning i had celiac this one will definitely be close to the top of the list.
The woman who helped me said there were the fresh ones to choose from as well as frozen and 2 different kinds ( one being more dense the other a lighter version ) i opted for the lighter and was so pleased i did.

Also while in the bakery i was steered towards a few gluten free/wheat free chocolate deserts that i must admit looked amazing. I did indulge in one of the dark chocolate truffle type deserts and mmm.. it was delicious.

I am always quite leery of trying bakeries that offer gluten free as i am so sensitive i find i get very sick.. but that was not the case in this situation. I did not ask about their routines or methods of preparing ( mostly because i was so very hungry and just didn't think to ask) but in future visits i do believe i will inquire just out of curiosity.

over all i recommend visiting the Quality Bakery if you are in Invermere and are looking for something to eat. I saw many options for gluten free breads and some boxed items as well, if you are in the area for a bit and have access to a kitchen.

Delicious food, love it! A cute little shop that had a lot of really good food there! Bought a baguette, no regrets about it, was very yummy

This bakery was a highlight of our trip to Invermere. It was a Christmas time when we went there so we felt holiday spirit all around the place. We have just had a coffee and a soup so I can’t discuss about the quality of all that delicious-like goodies they have. But the interior design was really cute and the atmosphere was warm and home like. It looks like a place out of a fairy tale.

Best bakery in the valley. Always our first stop on shopping trips in Invermere while on vacation. They have great pretzels, and we'll grab half a dozen and nibble and window shop and nibble and nibble. Come to think of it, it's also our last stop on the shopping trip, because we load up on them before we head back to the resort. Must be why we always park right in front of it, huh...?
