“Snow Heaven”
Reviewed April 3, 2012

Loved the powder snow, short lift lines, and friendly people. Only 30 minute drive from the funky city of Nelson, B.C. Canada. Great food on the ski hill but even better food downtown Nelson - lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

“Loved it!”
Reviewed April 2, 2012

What a great mountain. Lots of terrain to explore. Great steeps and lots of woods. They also had a fair number of groomers. The cafeteria had great food. A very ecliptic selection.

The closest town, Nelson is one of the greatest ski towns I have ever visited.

Whitewater has a staff that goes out of it's way to help you out anyway they can.

I hope to ski there again.

“Great old school, small town hill”
Reviewed March 21, 2012

Small old double chairs. A little tricky to get on so maybe not the best if you are new to skiing but I liked them. They add to the charm. And help preserve the powder. Great terrain. Lots of tree skiing.
Food is among the best of any ski hill anywhere. Don't bring a lunch, eat here, it is worth it.

“Great snow, no lines”
Reviewed March 20, 2012

Great snow, no lines and the best food of any ski-hill in north america! The new chair has opened up some excellent new terrain and we will be back every winter.
