My husband and I are long time patrons of Oso Negro dating back to before they moved into their current location several years ago. Right from the beginning, the coffee has been outstanding, and with the, eventual, inclusion of a light fare cafe, we have continued our love affair with Oso. The coffee is roasted on a daily basis, and is, often, hand mixed by the roasters themselves. Thus, it is, entirely, possible to have a different coffee experience every time one goes! Go ahead, be bold, try something new, and once you make your choice, don't forget to choose a little something from their baked goods/light meal choices. You won't be disappointed. Besides you can't really say you've been to Nelson if you haven't had at least ONE coffee from Oso!
