Our first trip through Revelstoke we stayed at the Griffin Lake BnB (voted number 1 on Trip Advisor in Revelstoke), and it was very good, however on our second trip we stayed at 7 Acres and agrred that the value for money and overall atmosphere of the BnB cannot be beat!
It is a great location, an easy commute into town for dinner...and a very peaceful, relaxed setting.
The room was amazingly clean and comfortable, there was more of a feeling of being at home rather than in a BnB. There is internet service at a charge or free WiFi if you have your own computer, whcih is very nice.
Martha, your host, is a very genuine and very nice person and it is a blast talking with her over a nice breakfast.
We could not reccommend this BnB highly enough, it was great!!

My husband and I stayed at 7 Acres Bed & Breakfast in Revelstoke for one night on May 31, 2008.

Even though it was a short stay, it was a very nice one. We stayed in the lovely summer room.
Our hosts Martha & David were very friendly and helpful.
They recommended Emo's for dinner, which was a very good choice.

We didn't have much spare time in Revelstoke, but took a nice stroll in the huge garden.

Breakfast was made by Martha and was delicious. We enjoyed her stories at the breakfast table.

We can highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return if we visit Revelstoke again.

We stayed at 7 Acres at the end of May, our 1st stop where we drove from Vancouver to Banff.

Small town and took us a little time to locate the place, but very nice place, neat and tidy. Martha (the hostess) is also very kind and it's a very good experience to talk to her.

I'll not hesitate to recommend this B&B to anybody.

This is a lovely B&B, very nice clean bedrooms, a lovely guest lounge, wonderful breakfast, and amazing gardens.
A good walk, about 20 minutes, on a busy road if you wish to go out for a meal, but a beautiful area. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy Martha's warm hospitality.

an excellent recommendation from Apple Blossoms in Kelowna (q.v.) and a very peaceful and pleasant place to break the journey between Banff and the Okanagan Valley & Wine Country.

Martha greeted us with "please remove your shoes" which may take some folk by suprise (slippers are however provided) and you soon realise why. The home is beautiful with polished wood floors and high quality furnishings everywhere. The bedrooms are beautiful and well equiped, They look out over the couples real 7 Acres of land at the back of the property (where you are free to stroll). One review mentioned walking into town. This might be OK in high summer but it is quite a hike, across the river and along the side of the highway. Better I think to drive (5 - 7 minutes). Revelstoke, as with many of the small towns in and around the Rockies is not for the action seeker (certainly not out of the winter season anyway) however we had one of our best meals in Canada at the 112 Restaurant (sitiated in the Regent Inn downtown). Excellent quality food and great wines.

A great place and excellent value for a good night's sleep.

Nice little B&B. 3 rooms. Very friendly / helpful and good value. Breakfast home made and very nice. We stayed for two nights and walked into Revelstoke both nights - about 15-20 minutes to get to the first few restaurants, another 10 minutes to get to the centre. There is also Big Eddy's bar just down the road, which also does food but didn't make it there.

We stayed here for one night and arrived very early(at noon)because Glacier NP was closed. We found Martha in the back garden and she was more than happy for us to drop our bags off and to give us some advice on where to go for a few hours. Our room was very attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. We had dinner at Woolsey Creek restaurant which was very good and we would recommend it.
All in all a very nice stay at a bargain price-recommended!
