We now begin our annual summer vacation to the Okanagan with a night at the Hillcrest which is about 2 kms outside of Revelstoke heading SW. We actually just stumbled upon it several years ago when too tired to continue our drive to Penticton (from Calgary) and what a gem we found! What continues to impress me is:
- beautiful location, right on the side of a mountain with amazingly impeccable grounds
- clean, clean, clean!!!
- top notch chef
I hope and pray we can continue to enjoy this incredible property for many more years to come. Thank you to all the staff for making this a memorable part of our vacation:)

Great place, warm welcome and accommodated our family of 6 in one room. Clean and comfortable, I would go back again. We only stayed one night and didn't check out the town (have done before - the other hotel we stayed doesn't compare to this one, MUCH better here). We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had a great dinner. The waitress was very friendly and great with our kids. Duck dinner was great. I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends!

This hotel was clean and very well run, and it's location was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend Coast Hotels to all our friends and family.

And the fact that they are pet friendly was a HUGE bonus!!! We and our pets all felt very welcome.

Room Tip: We had a room on the ground floor so access to the outdoors [for our dogs] was very easy. When booki...

Stayed at the Hillcrest a couple weeks back. We couldn't find anything cheaper or with pool (for our 5-year-old) in Revelstoke but in the end we were very glad: clean, friendly staff, good food, beautiful view. We didn't miss the pool either as kid could go in hot-tub with us.
Very easy to find on highway toward Calgary (from whence we were coming).
Problem one evening with Wifi but staff remedied by letting me use computer in lobby.
Will stay there again!

We stayed for two days on a road trip for the long weekend with our dogs. We were disappointed that our room was RIGHT in the lobby because we were worried about noise from a wedding reception going on, but we didn't hear anything so it was great.

Rooms were very clean, but a little out dated. We thought we would have a private balcony, but they are shared with the room next door so didn't use it at all. The grounds were pretty and it was nice to walk around in the morning with the dogs.

Staff was very friendly and nice. We would stay again if the price is right, but for the price we paid on the long weekend I think we could have found a little more if we had booked in advance.

Overall it was a good experience.

Although it's close to the highway we didn't hear any traffic. Beds were a little tough but over all the room was decent (clean and good size). Would only stay one night though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was cheap...and just okay. I would go into town next time to eat.

Stayed one night enroute to Calgary. What a hidden gem!! Amazing service, wonderful restaurant, beautiful patio and gorgeous landscaping. Hot tub with a wonderful mountain views...massive hanging baskets and planters everywhere. The inviting great room with a huge fireplace, cozy couches and even throw blankets added to the lodge feel that they had been striving for. There is a pride that shines through from the cheerful front desk staff to the fantastic food served in the restaurants.

The rooms were immaculate and the bed was comfy. Had a great night sleep.

My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel and we will definately be back and recommend to our family and friends!
