“Lovely menu, staff has poor knowledge of food they serve”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2014 via mobile

This great little gem offers a vast array of lovely items to choose from. Featuring gluten free and wheat free items that are served up beautifully. The staff could use more learning on the products they are selling. A customer who is looking for specialty items such as gluten free often wishes to be informed of the ingredients of the product to ensure they will not have a reaction. Receiving attitude and tone from your front counter staff does not boast confidence to the customer. Overall a tastey lunch was had by all.

“Affordable, tasty food right next to the gondola base”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 15, 2014

The paninis are a decent size, good selection of fillings (mushroom and brie is the best) and the muffins are fresh and moist. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on the quality but there is a good selection available. They do a selection of yummy-looking gelato which I would try on a warmer day.

“Finally, a resort that can serve a proper coffee”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2014

During this years trip to Revvy, I visited this venue again many times, mainly at the resort.

There's not many options at base of mountain, which is a good thing as we never want Revvy to get commercial, really....

The coffee is excellent, and coming from Oz, you really do miss proper coffee in US and Canada, so it's refreshing to get a good product.

Besides the coffee, my BLT bagel fix is always excellent as the bagels are so lovely and fresh.

Service always seemed to be clicky and disinterested if your not a local but that's cool. No issue there...

Hope this helps out....

Cheers...Greg

“Tiny but tasty.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 19, 2014

A very small casual cafe at the base of the Gondola at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, serving good coffee, teas, soup, light lunches and breakfast. It's very small with a cosy atmosphere. A great place to stop for a hot drink or snack before or after skiing. They also stock a limited range of specialty grocery items, such as fresh bread and pasta for people who are staying at the resort.
