Food was wonderful - we were delighted to find this gem of a place. It is within walking distance from the BC Aviation Heritage Museum or a short drive with overflow parking just across the street from the restauant. Menu had many interesting selections with wine, beer, cider. Lunch was so good. Lobster sandwich was very good and carrot cake was over the top (share) with large portions. Local history and aviation memorabilia entertains - especially after visiting the BC Aviation Heritage Museum. We found this place by asking the WWII volunteers at the museum - and in unison, they all said Mary's when asked about a good local place for lunch or dinner. Very reasonably priced and great service. If you are lucky enough to talk to Daniel - he is a wealth of knowledge about the aviation photos and history here. This is local BC dining at its best and no pretense. Simple, great food. Place started up just prior to WWII and since remodeled and really quite nice. It is a perfect finish to visiting the museum across the street, even if you just come for a cold one at the lovely bar.
