This small cafe offers the best Mexican Food I have ever had! You are always greeted with "How are you doing my friend" and this is one restaurant where you do truly feel like a friend. The owner is always willing to chat and go over the menu with you, and he makes one of the best Margaritas ever! This is also one of the few Mexican restaurants that you go to where the staff actually speak spanish.
This is a small cafe and if you are going during peak hours do phone and make a reservation so you're not disappointed. But don't get mad if they do not have space available. Best time to go is during non peak hours, we prefer to do a late lunch/early dinner and have never had a problem finding a table without a reservation. There is a small outdoor dining area that has one or two tables, but the weather can be unpredictable.
Best items I would have to say are the Chimichangas or anything with their Mole sauce! They have the best Mole sauce around! Entrees offer large portions and vary in price, but $15 a person will get you a huge meal. Approx $3 for chips and salsa. They also offer homemade desserts.
This is a great place to eat and have a good time!
