My husband and I stayed here last weekend for 2 nights while visiting friends in the area. We stayed in the studio and for being away from home and not a great sleeper - I had the best sleep I've had in months. The only sound in the night was the train going through town. Bonnie is so warm and friendly, made us feel like we were here personal guests vs strangers travelling through.

We too were travelling with our dog, very old and needs lots of time outdoors. I was worried about disturbing anyone, but Bonnie put me completely at ease.

When we're back in town, we'll definitely check with Bonnie first.

Bonnie & Paul will welcome you with open hearts to homey, clean accomodations. The decor is beautiful & you will experience a relaxing stay away from home. Bonnie is an excellent cook & you will leave the table full & satisfied. Bonnie & Paul are very friendly & will do whatever they can to make your stay one of the finest.

We stayed only one night, about halfway to our Alberta destination. Our genial hosts Bonnie and Paul were inviting and accomodating. We were traveliing with a small dog, and unlike many commercial properties there was no extra charge. Our room was nicely decorated with a small second floor balcony. We shared a bathroom with another guest who was working in the area and was gone before we got up. Breakfast was sausages, eggs and pancakes , and as much coffeee or tea as you wanted. Paul cooked that day. We usually travel this way annually and we will stay there again for sure. We had a great time with not only our host but other interesting guests. Bonnie is an artist who also has paintings available. Trains are a part of the landscape and are noisy.

Room Tip: We liked the little balcony on the second floor.
